At Soul Dog Society, we want you to love what you ordered. Every shirt is made with care, and if something isn’t right — wrong size, a defect, anything — we’ll make it right. No hoops, no hassle, no need to send anything back.

Getting the Right Size

Before placing your order, we recommend checking our size guide to find your perfect fit. Our tees run true to size, and our guide includes chest measurements and fit notes to help you choose with confidence. If you’re ever between sizes or unsure, feel free to email us at support@souldogsociety.shop — we’re happy to help you pick the right one before you order.

Our Happiness Guarantee

If you’re not happy with your order for any reason — wrong size, a defect, or it just didn’t land the way you hoped — reach out within 30 days of your purchase date and we’ll take care of you.

You get to choose:

•      A replacement shirt sent to you at no charge, or

•      A full refund to your original payment method

You keep the shirt either way. No return shipping, no restocking fees, no fine print.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit. All gift card sales are final.

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email containing your unique gift code, which can be applied at checkout toward any Soul Dog Society order. Please keep this email safe — Soul Dog Society is not responsible for lost or stolen gift codes.

•      A brief description of what happened

Timeframe

Requests submitted within 30 days of your purchase date are eligible for a replacement or refund. If you’re outside that window and something is genuinely wrong, reach out anyway — we’ll always do our best to make it right.
