We want your order to arrive quickly and safely so you can start celebrating your love of dogs as soon as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.

 

Where We Ship

Soul Dog Society currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We hope to expand in the future so please stay tuned!

 

Shipping Costs

We keep shipping simple:

 

•       Orders of $75 or more ship free 🐾 (because every dollar saved is a dollar closer to that next rescue dog)

•       Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $75 and are calculated at checkout

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. Processing times may be a little longer during peak seasons — good things are worth waiting for, just ask any dog who’s ever waited by the door.

 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can watch your package make its way to you, almost as eagerly as your dog watches you make a sandwich.

 

Delivery Timeframes

After your order ships, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days depending on your location. All delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. We appreciate your patience, and so does your dog.

 

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please reach out to us at support@souldogsociety.shop with your order number and we’ll make it right. See our Refund Policy for full details on replacements and refunds.
