Where are you located?
Soul Dog Society is homegrown in the USA — every order is printed and shipped right here, so your shirt doesn't have to travel far before it lands on your doorstep (and gets approved by your dog).
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the United States. The pack is growing though, and international shipping is on our radar, we’ll let you know when that changes! If you’re outside the US and want to be the first to know when that changes, join the pack below.
When will I get my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. Processing times may be a little longer during peak seasons — good things are worth waiting for, just ask any dog who’s ever waited by the door.
After your order ships, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days depending on your location. All delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. We appreciate your patience, and so does your dog.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a special number so you can follow your package's journey—right to your doorstep.
What materials are your products made of?
Made with 100% ring-spun cotton, the Gildan 64000 from the Gildan Softstyle® collection is a lightweight fabric soft enough for couch days, sturdy enough for everything else. We use quality materials across all our tees, and the exact details for each product are available on the product page under description.
Why do some designs feature specific breeds?
We spotlight dogs that are often overlooked in shelters and rescues — pitties, shepherds, black dogs, seniors, big dogs, and mixed breeds with big personalities — because we believe every dog deserves a home. That said, we're not breed-exclusive. We love all dogs! Our brand exists for all dog lovers. Love a design but want a different dog? Some of our designs can be adapted with different breeds. If you see one you love, send us a message and tell us what kind of pup you have — we’ll let you know what’s possible.
